Absolutely love this pic, one of my favourites.  This was on 18 Aug 24, finishing the Ken Bingley Memorial 10k, with a Personal Best time of 43mins 21sec.  Picture was taken by our club photographer Graham  vsp images 

It's 26 Aug 2024 and this time of year stirs up lots of good and bad memories.  I missed my first GNR in 2021 due to illness, then got to complete it the following year.  I always wanted to go back, didn't make it in 2023, but this year I'll be running it with my wife Rachael.  We can't wait.  The atmosphere is amazing, so much support and camaraderie.

Crossing the finish line after 12 hours, achieving a distance of 78.4km, covering 187 laps!  Everyone was a winner that day, especially when it rained virtually non stop all day!!

Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon 14 May 2023.  Ran it with my wife, it was her first marathon.  So proud of her.  The event was excellent and the support every step of the way was the best I've ever experienced.  Well done Leeds!!
